We are numerous to think that we have much and that much does not have anything.
And the idea that among those which, in the world, do not have anything, there is of so many children, is unbearable.

This is why some friends brought together around Natacha Amal decided that it was necessary to act; as already many people do it all over the world.
We are conscious that these collective mini-actions are only water drops on the scale of the distress of the world but we think that at the individual level we can bring a little happiness to children who, either for family reasons, or because of diseases, wars or natural disasters, very lost and especially essence, their parents and their family.

We thus decided to constitute an association with nonlucrative goal law 1901 in order to come to assistance of natives particularly touched by these misfortunes. Association is chaired by Natacha Amal.

Through the funds of which we will lay out and who will come essentially from the contributions of the members and the gifts of individuals, physics or morals, or of public entities, we wish to constitute a financially durable structure which will be able “to adopt” children, to ensure to them a place of life, an education, and all the average materials (food, clothing,…) necessary to a normal blooming as we would wish it for our own children. Without forgetting the love which the people will be able to give them who will be charged with their framework of life.

Our action will not be specific. Each child dealt with, whatever the old sound, will have to be accompanied until his majority.
From where need for a structure stable and durable and financial means which will not have to be limited to a short-term vision.
Association will deal with the totality of the expenses of the reception facilities of the children: housing, food, clothing, education, leisures, framing, etc…

Our action will have as territorial limits only those rising from our financial limits.
Our centers could be located as well in ASIA (India, Nepal, Thailand, Kampuchea,…) that in Africa or South America and to finish, in general occident of manner.
But our action will not be dispersed or excessively ambitious. It will be done in a progressive way and will put to us all works about it so that the first center is carried out with the best possible compromise between respect of the qualitative objectives and speed of implementation.
